AAHSA “Long-Term Care Solution” Forum at Public Policy Committee Meeting
Immediately following the September 17, 2008 meeting of the PANPHA Public Policy Committee, PANPHA will be joined by AAHSA’s Doug Pace and Joy Cameron who will detail AAHSA’s “Long-Term Care Solution”. As the meager 1% increase in the Medicaid rates at the state level and continued battles on Medicare financing at the federal level show, we will not find the ‘solution’ to funding quality, compassionate care for our growing senior population relying exclusively on government funding. This presentation is a ‘must see’. Please plan to join us at the Radisson Conference Center in Camp Hill, PA on September 17th. The Public Policy Committee meeting is also open to all PANPHA members should you choose to join us at 10 a.m. for their discussion.
