Corporate Director of Human Resources

Position Description:
Presbyterian Senior Living, a premier not-for-profit retirement and senior care services organization in Dillsburg, PA, is seeking a full time experienced Corporate Director of Human Resources. This position is responsible for development and implementation of effective human resources policies and processes, including recruitment, salary administration, employee relations and workers compensation. Acts as a resource on human resources matters to human resources personnel. Assures that employment procedures are in compliance with federal and state regulations as well as Presbyterian Senior Living policies and procedures. Supervises Human Resources staff as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Masters degree preferred. At least 5 years experience in HR Management. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of federal and state labor/employment regulations, as well as demonstrated expertise in recruitment and employee retention Salary administration experience preferred and payroll administration preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary. Prior experience with computerized human resource information system is required. Must relate well to employees, at all levels as well as outside vendors. Strong demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
