Position Title:
Account Receivable Manager

Position Description:
Responsible for working in collaboration with the Director, Resident Accounting to provide oversight of Medical Assistance, Medicare, third-party payor reimbursement, and private pay billing for Lutheran Counseling Services, HELP services and Senior Living communities of Lutheran Social Services; ensuring the department’s compliance with operating standards, procedures, and outside regulatory requirements; organizing and directing the work of the administrative supports staff of Lutheran Counseling Services/HELP services and Senior
Living Finance Office staff with regard to accounts receivable as directed; communicating with appropriate managers; providing periodic reports; implementing/maintaining, as A/R project manager, accounts receivable software for counseling services and other program billing.
Education/Training: An Associates degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years’ related experience normally required. Applicants without specific exeperience will not be considered
