Position Description:	Mechanicsburg, PA Diakon is seeking a proven professional with experience in accounting and third-party reimbursement practices in the senior living services and not-for-profit service industries. The position directs revenue accounting, analysis and third-party regulatory reporting; provides budget and financial projection support to operating leadership, and maintains related automated accounting and reporting systems. Candidate must possess strong organization, analytical and communication skills in order to direct the required functions and interact with internal and external audiences. Automated system implementation experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field and CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
